Hello! I’m Steven Scansaroli, and I’m a sophomore at the College of New Jersey, School of Engineering. I study electrical and computer engineering, a course that focusses on communications, instrumentation, automatic control systems, and digital signal processing. Working on my degree opened my eyes to the opportunities of being a student and eventually a graduate of this field.
It’s always good to maintain a balanced life, and I have enough of everything. When I feel drained by studying too much, I go out with my friends and catch a good movie. But sometimes, a great film can also be a companion. I try to watch the most recent ones to get a good grasp of today’s film industry.
Growing up in New Jersey, I’ve always been a fan of the New Jersey Devils. Marvel and DC both also have special places in my heart. Since I was little, I’ve collected comic books and have read all of them. It may seem like my interests are beyond my years, but I feel good believing that I’m an old soul—if that’s what you would consider an 18-year-old guy to be for having Red Hot Chili Peppers as his favorite band.
